• We are not responsible for damage due to improper handling or storage after delivery.

7.Newport Beach Company Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities on high-demand or limited-run items.

8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are generally not accepted. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. 

9. User Accounts and Conduct
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes. 

10.Customers must be of 18 or older to enter into a contract.
